A well-established and expanding production company in the Horsens area is looking for dedicated production employees, who want to become part of a committed team in a busy yet positive and cooperative working environment.

Working hours:

• Start times from: 06:00, 07:00, 08:30.
• Shifts of 10–12 hours
• 4-day workweek, offering long weekends (5 day week every 7th week)

Salary and conditions:

• Hourly wage: 140 DKK/hour
• 9% holiday/flex allowance and 10%/2% in pension
• Good, stable working conditions with focus on employee well-being

Main responsibilities:

• Handling, sorting, and processing raw meat and boxes.
• General production and packing tasks
• Maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistent workflow
• Physical work, being active throughout most of the day

• Speak and understand Danish or English
• Are reliable, flexible, and able to stay focused — even during longer shifts
• Are comfortable working with fresh food products
