Full-time Cook Wanted for an Indian Restaurant

The Blue Taj is looking for an experienced and dedicated chef to join our Indian restaurant in Helsinge, Denmark. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen focused on authentic, high-quality cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Indian dishes (curry, tandoori, biryani, etc.)
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team

Requirements

• Experience as a chef, preferably in Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure

Employment Details

• Full-time (minimum 37 hours/week)
• Salary based on qualifications (in line with regulations)
• Location: Helsinge, 3200 Denmark
• Start date: As soon as possible
