You report to the Director of Operations – Manufacturing and work closely with Regional Managers, suppliers, and central functions.
The position can be based in Denmark or Poland.

- Build, structure, and lead a global Quality Control function and network, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration across regions
- Own and continuously improve global QC processes, including inspections, testing, and quality verification throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure effective handling of quality escapes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee supplier quality, including incoming inspections, supplier audits, performance follow-up, and corrective actions
- Establish and facilitate global QC forums and routines to ensure transparency, alignment, and systematic follow-up on quality performance
- Drive continuous improvement of QC methods, tools, and practices based on data and lessons learned
- Ensure that QC activities are aligned with safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and customer expectations
- Support and challenge Regional Managers in strengthening quality control execution and maturity
- Contribute to the evolution of quality systems and standards where relevant, with a clear focus on practical applicability and execution.
