Restaurant Supervisors for Guldsmeden Hotels

We are seeking 3 experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Axel Hotel Guldsmeden, Bryggen Hotel Guldsmeden and Manon Les Suites.

 All 3 hotels have their own restaurant and bar and the ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to maintain calm and oversight in high-pressure situations. We are open to both hotel guests and guests from outside in all 3 places. We serve a a la carte lunch/ dinner as well as we host many larger events so every day is not the same.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise staff when Restaurant Manager is not present
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices in cooperation with the Restaurant Manager

As we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year we offer a changing shift schedule where the work hours mainly will be in the timeframe 12:00-02:00.
