RIIS Group: Project Coordinator - Southern Europe

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a coordinator with a talent for customer service and project coordination.
You have strong business acumen and are motivated by meeting deadlines. You work independently, in a structured and persistent manner, and you follow tasks through to completion. You are trustworthy, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
You will join a well-functioning team responsible for the daily support of one of our largest partners. You'll manage your own projects and handle daily sales activities. You understand that every task “big or small” matters, and you ensure they are completed on time.
Your tasks will include:
- Communication and coordination of projects and daily sales
- Preparation and calculation of offers for inventory
- Follow-up on deliveries from our suppliers
- Follow-up on projects and schedules
- Coordination with our warehouse and logistics department
- Carrying out final statements and invoicing
Structure and flexibility are essential qualifications
We imagine that you have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and are comfortable working with planning in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You speak and write fluent English and Spanish.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office & knowledge of Axapta will be an advantage
You are a self-starter who approaches tasks in a structured manner and thrives in a busy, dynamic environment where we hold each other to high standards with appreciation and respect. You have the confidence to take the lead and make sound decisions that benefit the business.
