Senior Developer (C#/.NET & SQL)

About Us

OCTOPUS PMS is a Danish software company dedicated to developing innovative and modern property management solutions for the hospitality industry. Our platform helps hotels, hostels, and serviced apartments streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and optimize business performance.

We are growing – and now we’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our team in Gråsten.

Your Role

As our new Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our core PMS platform. You’ll work closely with both our technical team and business stakeholders to create reliable, scalable solutions that make a real difference for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET
  • Deep expertise in SQL (design, optimization, performance tuning, and backup strategies)
  • Strong background in software architecture and best practices
  • Proven ability to work with complex systems and large datasets
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both developers and non-technical colleagues
  • Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage)

Nice to have / Strong plus:

  • Experience with Flutter (mobile or web development)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
