Job duties and responsibilities

• Perform high-quality hand lamination and vacuum infusion processes.
• Conduct fiberglass work, including cutting, fitting, and finishing.
• Execute precise sanding procedures to prepare surfaces.
• Read and follow technical work instructions accurately.
• Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job requirements

• Proven experience as a skilled worker in hand lamination, infusion, and fiberglass work.
• A technical background in boat building or a related composite field.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and accurate approach.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Capable of working effectively under deadlines.
• English skills: Medium level required.

Salary and benefits

• Hourly gross salary: 161.60 kr./hour + 11% private pension.
• Holiday money 12.5%.
