Sous Chef / Kitchen Team Manager - Restaurant Leadership Role

Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and structured Sous Chef / Kitchen Team Manager to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in daily production, quality control, staff guidance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the kitchen team in daily operations
  • Menu preparation, recipe printing, and weekly planning
  • Quality control and hygiene follow-up
  • Training new team members
  • Close cooperation with the Head Chef and leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Relevant kitchen background and professional experience in a similar role
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • A positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends during high season
