Thai Chef Assistant - Authentic Cuisine Specialist

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Thai chef to become part of our culinary team. This role involves crafting authentic Thai dishes with care and precision while upholding high standards of quality, consistency, and visual appeal. You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen crew to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a Thai kitchen

• Strong foundation in Thai cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Proven ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure

• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Great communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork

• Thorough knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations

• Previous experience in a similar position is a big plus

• Formal culinary training or related education is desirable

• Basic English communication (minimum A2 level) is required — with a valid proficiency certificate
