Kitchen Assistant – Sushi Lovers Frederiksberg

At Sushi Lovers Frederiksberg, we are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs with daily preparation, service, and cleaning tasks.

About the job

You’ll become part of a friendly and fast-paced kitchen team where we focus on quality, teamwork, and good energy.
Your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing ingredients such as cutting vegetables and making starters (e.g. edamame, seaweed salad, tempura prawns).
• Assisting with basic food preparation such as rice, meat dishes, and sushi rolls.
• Supporting the kitchen and service team during rush hours.
• Helping with dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Who you are

• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team.
• You’re reliable and ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
• Experience in kitchens is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• You can communicate in English (Danish is a plus, but not necessary).
• You have a valid CPR number and permission to work in Denmark.

Working hours

• Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): typically 15:00–20:00, with approx. one extra hour for closing.
• Fridays and Saturdays: shifts may vary, typically 12:00–21:00, plus closing duties.
