We are a small, focused software team with big ambitions, and we are now looking for a key person to help us take the next step.

This role is for someone who wants to combine hands-on frontend development, product thinking, and delivery responsibility — and who values ownership over narrow role boundaries.

Our goal is to bring frontend and product leadership in-house and gradually transition delivery responsibility into the core team.

That means you will:

• become the internal owner of frontend development
• take increasing responsibility for coordinating and driving delivery
• work closely with backend, AI specialists, and the business
• help shape how our software team collaborates and grows

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you can influence both the product and the team from an early stage.

Your role – ownership from idea to delivery

You will play a central role in both execution and direction.

You will:

• Develop and own the frontend of our internal and customer-facing platform
• Help define product scope, priorities, and solutions together with the business
• Drive initiatives from idea to release in close collaboration with the team
• Coordinate work across internal developers and external partners
• Work with integrations across systems and platforms
• Collaborate with our external AI developer on intelligent features and automation
• Take part in architectural decisions, quality standards, and code reviews
• Help establish structure around planning, delivery, and releases as the team evolves

You will remain hands-on, while gaining increasing influence on product direction, process, and delivery.

You don’t need to be a traditional Project Manager

You do not need formal project management experience to succeed in this role.

What matters more is that you:

• enjoy taking ownership and responsibility
• naturally create structure and clarity
• care about outcomes and delivery
• like being involved beyond pure implementation

If you have previously helped drive initiatives, coordinated work, shaped scope, or taken responsibility for getting things over the finish line, you already have many of the skills we value.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Can have experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Developer
• Has worked close to product development and end users
• Is comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
• Enjoys collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Wants to grow into (or already has) a technical leadership and delivery role
