To strengthen our digital capabilities, we are looking for an Automation LeadEngineer – Data & Technology who is passionate about digitalization, data, and advanced automation solutions.

As Automation Lead Engineer – Data & Technology, you will act as a playing coach within automation and digitalization. You will drive global digital projects, develop new data-driven and vision-based solutions, and help define the technological standards used across Gram Equipment’s capital projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring that Gram Equipment’s automation solutions remain best-in-class, combining data collection, AI/ML, and vision technologies into scalable, robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing digitalization and automation projects
• Designing and deploying integrated vision systems
• Developing solutions for data collection, analysis, and insights
• Designing and implementing AI / Machine Learning solutions
• Maintaining and developing automation technology standards, toolboxes, and guidelines
• Driving core automation technologies across global projects

The role combines project leadership with hands-on technical work across multiple technologies.

Your Profile

We imagine that you bring:

• +5 years of experience within automation engineering
• Strong project management capabilities
• Experience with data architecture, databases, and infrastructure
• Programming skills within PLC and higher-level programming languages
• Solid understanding of automation, digitalization, and industrial IT
• Strong communication skills in English, including presentations
