Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage

and optimize supply chain operations across our 8 restaurant branches, main production

site and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory

control, and distribution processes to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage supply chain operations for all our restaurant locations
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory levels, and stock replenishment
• Monitor and manage warehouse operations and stock movement
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate delivery schedules
• Optimize logistics, transportation, and distribution processes
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to all branches
• Analyse supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and locations
• Experience in food or restaurant industry is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
