Logistics Coordinator & Stock Management – Nordics

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Nordic team at Pierre Fabre, based in Søborg.
Pierre Fabre is a global leader in pharmaceuticals and dermo-cosmetics, delivering a holistic approach to care – from prevention to treatment and long-term support.
Your role – make an impact
As Nordic Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable delivery of premium dermo-cosmetic products across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
You will be part of the Supply Chain team, working both operationally and strategically to support daily logistics activities while contributing to continuous improvement. With your structured approach and data-driven mindset, you will help strengthen supply chain performance and stability.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners – especially our 3PL provider – making teamwork, accountability, and a forward-looking mindset essential for success.
Your responsibilities
Logistics coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations in collaboration with the 3PL
- Manage inbound registrations, stock transfers, and local production coordination
- Partner with the Nordic Supply & Demand Planner on short-term replenishment from the French distribution center
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate product reception
- Handle claims and discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy
- Coordinate labeling activities with Marketing and the 3PL
- Plan and follow up on kitting operations
- Act as backup for Supply Planner/Customer Service when needed
Stock management
- Monitor and reconcile stock levels to ensure high data accuracy
- Oversee stock health, including expiry tracking and obsolescence risk mitigation
- Drive actions to minimize obsolete inventory
- Plan and coordinate annual stock counts
Your profile
You thrive in a role with multiple stakeholders and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
- Have 3–7 years of experience within supply chain or logistics
- Are fluent in English (a Nordic language is a plus)
- Are an advanced user of Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Dynamics)
- Have a solid understanding of logistics flows
