About the Role: Are you passionate about helping others and delivering an excellent customer experience? We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative who can help us deliver a positive experience to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Norwegian customers, providing professional assistance in Norwegian.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, warranties, and maintenance.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers on product features and benefits and help them make informed decisions.
• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on new products, services, and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate professionally.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic skills in navigating mobile software, including Android and iOS platforms.
• Basic skills in creating hotspots to assist customers in connecting their car to the internet.
• Interest in and knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
• Good geographic orientation.
• Driving license is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies.
