Pick & Pack Operator with Runner Experience – Horsens (Day Shift)

BECH Personale is currently looking for motivated and reliable Pick and Pack Operators for a large warehouse in the Horsens area.

About the job

You will become part of a professional and well-organised warehouse with strong long-term opportunities. The environment is dynamic and teamwork is essential to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your primary focus will be pick and pack tasks using runners and handheld scanners. However, flexibility is important in this role. From time to time, you may be assigned other warehouse tasks depending on operational needs. These can include container unloading, relabelling, or other general warehouse duties. We expect you to approach these tasks with the same motivation and professionalism as your primary responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities

• Pick and pack using handheld scanners on runner
• Ensure accurate and efficient order handling
• Support warehouse flow and internal goods handling
• Operate forklift and reach truck when required
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks such as container unloading and relabelling
• Contribute to a safe and structured working environment.

Your profile

Requirements:

• Solid experience with pick and pack using handheld scanners
• Valid forklift certificate
• Experience operating a reach truck
• Good communication skills in English
• High motivation and strong work ethic.
