We are a growing cleaning company with 50+ employees proving quality cleaning services in greater Copenhagenarea. As a Facility manager in KleanQueen you'll be the key link between our cleaning teams, clients, and management, ensuring smooth service delivery across all contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple client sites in Greater Copenhagen
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services according to client agreements
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
• Monitor and control operational costs and budgets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Handle complaints and resolve service issues promptly
• Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment
• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures
• Report on operational performance to management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in facility management, cleaning operations, or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
