Shop Project Manager | Commercial Department

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Boozt, creating a best-in-class customer experience is central to everything we do. As Shop Project Manager, you’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic involvement: managing campaign delivery and inspiring product content daily, while also leading major projects and shaping feature improvements that elevate our site and experience over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Manage the uploading and maintenance of onsite banners within our CMS
● Ensure that products are displayed in an optimal way to deliver an excellent customer experience
● Plan sales-driven campaigns and marketing category initiatives, ensure smooth execution, and track performance
● Analyse data by using tools like GA4 and Qlik Sense
● Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and resolving issues proactively
● Continuously assess workflows and processes, providing recommendations for improvement and increased efficiency
● Multi-functional collaboration within and across teams
● Additional tasks as assigned
● Take part of onboarding of new team members
● Take lead and follow up on bigger projects and feature requests on category and team level

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce or marketing
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
