The tasks is:

• Daily management of employees and coordinating
• Preparing of schedules
• Daily control of the staff at our clients
• Follow up and daily communication with the customer
• Quality assurance and training of both new and existing employees, as well as the ability to independently perform cleaning tasks
• The employee is expected to be able to motivate and mobilize other staff to improve the quality of the service provided
• The position requires that the employee can understand and speak English
