1681 ApS is looking for a motivated and independent Chef for a full-time position. We are an authentic Indian restaurant offering high-quality dining experiences in Copenhagen.

👨‍🍳 About the Position

As a Chef at Restaurant Shezan, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen and food production. Your main tasks will include food preparation and general chef duties.

🔧 Primary Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen
• Planning and preparation of meals for restaurant guests
• Menu development and quality control
• Purchasing and handling of ingredients
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaboration with management and other staff in connection with events and daily operations

🎯 We Expect That You

• Have experience as a chef, preferably from a restaurant, catering, or event environment
• Are able to work independently and maintain overview during busy periods
• Are flexible regarding working hours (evenings and weekends may occur)
• Have a strong sense of quality, taste, and presentation
• Are responsible, reliable, and well-organized
