About the Position – Sous Chef
As Sous Chef with us, you will play a key role in our new and ambitious kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and help lead the daily operations of the kitchen. Together, you will create a menu where classic dishes are given new life — still recognizable, but refined through modern technique, presentation, and flavor.
You will help set the standard for quality, structure, and teamwork, and act as a natural second-in-command in the kitchen.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen
- Taking responsibility for service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Preparing and presenting dishes according to season and menu
- Contributing to menu development with creativity and professional insight
- Ensuring consistently high quality, taste, and presentation
- Training and motivating kitchen staff
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has solid experience as a chef, preferably with previous responsibility as Sous Chef or senior chef
- Is passionate about classic Danish cuisine and curious about Nordic and modern influences
- Has strong leadership skills and leads by example
- Works in a structured and quality-focused manner — even under pressure
- Is a team player who fosters a positive and professional kitchen culture
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests
