Customer Service & Data Manager – Nordics
For our client Pierre Fabre, based in Søborg, we are looking for a Customer Service & Data Manager to join their Nordic team.

Your role
As Customer Service & Data Manager, you will take ownership of the full Order-to-Cash cycle for dermo-cosmetic brands across the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland).
You will also lead master data management across systems — playing a key role in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This is a central role within the Nordic Operations team, offering broad exposure and close collaboration across functions.
Key responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Manage daily sales orders, including campaign orders
- Oversee invoicing, month-end closing, and backorders
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Handle complaints, returns, and invoice corrections
Data Management
- Maintain product data, pricing, assortments, and customer master data
- Coordinate annual price updates
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Projects & Support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and audits
- Develop internal guidelines and documentation
- Support IT coordination and provide team backup when needed
Your stakeholders
You will collaborate closely with:
- Nordic Operations Manager
- Planning & Logistics
- Marketing, Country Managers, and Key Account Managers across the Nordics
- Third-party logistics providers
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, or similar
- 3–7 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Master Data
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (Dynamics; SAP is an advantage)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
