Danish speaking Account Manager
AK Recruitment is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish-speaking Account Manager for their Malaga office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, detecting new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the Tech industry. You will work closely with partners to increase brand loyalty, maximize deal closures, and support key business strategies.

Your Role
- Manage partner pipeline, detect new business opportunities, and drive successful deal closures
- Analyze the partner market and competition, identifying reseller interest
- Build partner loyalty and drive competencies and certification in business unit products
- Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events, and programs
- Collaborate with partners to develop sales strategies and drive revenue
- Identify and track sales opportunities, supporting partners in closing large deals
- Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key stakeholders to maximize revenue
- Monitor the execution of partner marketing plans, co-marketing investments, and ROI
- Attend partner events to maintain strong relationships and expand business networks
Your Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian or Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, or partner relations preferred
- Strong knowledge of channel programs and distributor relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards target-driven goals
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an innovative approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience in a Channel environment with knowledge of partners and distributors
The Offer
- Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00)
