Danish-speaking Service Desk Specialist

AK Recruitment and Consulting is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a fully remote role based in Spain.

In this position, you will support end users with IT-related issues, helping them resolve technical challenges and ensuring a smooth digital experience. You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with strong opportunities for growth.

Your Role

• Provide 1st level IT support to end users across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and self-service portal)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions
• Manage and track incidents using internal IT service management systems
• Ensure a high first-time resolution rate by using internal tools and knowledge bases
• Support users with system access, devices, and day-to-day technical issues
• Collaborate with 2nd level support teams and external providers when escalation is required
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper categorization of requests

Your Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (C1 or higher) with strong English skills
• Previous experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams
• Understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
