Ristorante Sale e Pepe is a small Italian restaurant with approximately 50 seats.
We focus on quality, authenticity, and a warm dining experience. The kitchen is open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a manageable and well-defined à la carte menu.

About the Position

We are currently looking for 1 qualified and experienced chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine, who can take responsibility in the kitchen and work independently, and start March 1st 2026

Your Responsibilities

Preparation and cooking of Italian dishes

Daily responsibility for kitchen operations during service

Ensuring high food quality and consistency

Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

Your Profile

Trained chef or equivalent professional experience

Solid experience with Italian cuisine

Able to work independently and take responsibility

Reliable, structured, and quality-conscious

Experience from à la carte restaurants is an advantage

We Offer

Salary: DKK 200 per hour

Working hours: Approximately 37 hours per week
