We are now looking for a high-performing HR & Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kolding. This is a key position for a business-minded professional who thrives in responsibility, relationship-building, and operational excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Lead and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy
- Support employee relations and contribute to a strong, positive, and performance-driven company culture
- Act as a trusted HR partner for management and employees
Customer & Relationship Management
- Own and continuously improve the customer journey for clients and candidates
- Manage customer support processes to ensure high satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Handle client and partner inquiries professionally, efficiently, and proactively
- Develop workflows, standards, and scalable solutions for customer support operations
Strategic & Business Leadership
- Contribute to and execute business strategies that support company growth
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and operational data to drive improvements
- Lead innovation and process optimization across HR and customer support functions
- Ensure measurable results, efficiency, and continuous development
Who You Are
Professional Profile
- Strong experience in HR management and customer support / relationship management
- Fluent professional English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Solid understanding of recruitment, people management, and service-driven organizations
Personal & Leadership Qualities
- Strategic thinker with a clear business mindset
- Highly result-oriented, proactive, and accountable
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
