Are you passionate about high-quality sushi and skilled in the art of Japanese craftsmanship? Sushi Lovers is looking for experienced sushi chefs to join our fast-paced team in Copenhagen.

We are hiring for 3 positions, and are especially looking for chefs who can:

• Work confidently with raw fish and portion with precision
• Prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki, and inside-out rolls at a high level
• Maintain a fast pace without compromising on quality or hygiene
• Follow kitchen routines and prep standards consistently
• Thrive in busy restaurants with a strong team spirit

Experience is a must – we expect you to bring solid knowledge and confidence to the role from day one.
