Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and ef‐
ficiency? We're seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and support our
day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, managing schedules, and co‐
ordinating meetings.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stocking.
Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Experience in an administrative role or office environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Its a big plus if you have a drivers license
its a must that you can speak at least 60% English
