NY ASIEN JYLLINGE ApS Starts in 2012 and operates an Asian restaurant offering a mix of cuisines, including:

Chinese dishes (main focus),Sushi and Japanese-style food,Thai and other Asian-inspired dishes,Buffet and takeaway services

To develop our bussiness , we are looking for a new cooking chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food standards
• Specialize in Chinese cuisine e.g., Sichuan and be able to design menus independently
• Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork
• Control food costs and maintain inventory
• Ensure compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations
• Adapt dishes to suit local tastes and customer preferences
• Develop new dishes and contribute to restaurant promotions or events

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in Chinese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of at least one major Chinese cuisine ,e.g., Sichuan
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Clean criminal record (required for Danish work permit)

Preferred Qualifications:
