Operations Supervisor for Copenhagen-based subsidiary of the European micromobil
The Operations Supervisor for Tier Mobility Denmark is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring the efficiency of the local micro-mobility fleet.
Role Overview
As an Operations Supervisor, you act as the “right hand” to the City Operations Manager. You are responsible for leading the ground team (drivers and mechanics) to ensure daily operational work is completed to optimal standards. This is a 100% on-site position that involves both strategic planning and task-based shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the ground team during their shifts, ensuring accurate task execution.
Operational Planning: Manage internal team shift planning and instruct 3PL (third-party logistics) providers on efficient operating methods.
Fleet Management: Take ownership of daily fleet topics, including vehicle availability, battery swapping, and rebalancing tasks.
Maintenance & Infrastructure: Lead efforts to maintain vehicles and facilities, ensuring accurate spare part inventory is kept at all times.
Shift Execution: Manage shift work assigned outside regular office hours, as the business operates 24/7.
KPI Monitoring: Track and improve key metrics such as:
Ranger Efficiency: Time on task, search efficiency, and drop-off efficiency.
Mechanic Efficiency: Repairs per hour and repaired vehicles per hour.
Fleet Health: Intraday rates, inactive rates, and battery levels at swap.
Requirements & Qualifications
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop employees to enhance performance.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Google Maps, internal company apps, and standard computer programs.
Communication: Effective communication skills in English (local language skills are a benefit).
Problem Solving: Strong ability to detect problems, link information sources, and trace potential causes.
Professionalism: Ability to adhere to strict rules, procedures, and safety policies while working in a dynamic environment.
