We are looking for a skilled and quality focused chef for Restaurant Litus in Ho, Blåvand.

Are you passionate about cooking, dedicated to quality, and able to work independently in a busy kitchen? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We use local ingredients and take pride in continuously creating exciting, locally inspired dishes. We are looking for an enthusiastic chef who wants to be part of our team in a restaurant that focuses on quality, strong teamwork, and great guest experiences.

Our restaurant is located in a scenic area outside the city, offering a calm and nature-rich environment. Please note that this also means limited access to city activities and nightlife.

We offer:
• A permanent full-time position (37 hours in average pr. week)
• Monthly salary between 25,000 – 33,000 DKK (depending on qualifications)
• Free accommodation provided (private room with shared toilet)
• Flexible working hours:
• More hours during busy periods (high season)
• Fewer hours and greater flexibility during quieter periods

Your responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high quality dishes – both for functions and à la carte
• Work independently and take responsibility in the kitchen
• Contribute to a positive working environment
• Maintain structure and overview in a busy daily routine

We expect that you:
• Are a trained chef or have solid relevant experience
• Are able to work independently and take responsibility
• Are reliable and flexible (long day during high season)
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Have a passion for food and quality
• Speak Danish or English well enough to communicate clearly
