Do you master the art of the perfect Filipino BBQ? Can you make an Adobo that tastes like home? Then we need you in our food trailer at Orientalsk Gourmet ApS!

We are looking for an energetic and skilled person to join our team. We travel to festivals, markets, and events all over Denmark, bringing authentic Filipino street food to the people. If you love cooking, smiling, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

About the Role:

You will be the heart of our food trailer, preparing and serving the best of Filipino cuisine.

• BBQ Specialist: You know exactly how to marinate and grill the perfect Pork BBQ skewers.
• The Classics: You are experienced in making all the favorites: Adobo, Pancit, Lumpia, Sinigang, and Lechon Kawali.
• Customer Service: You enjoy the high energy of a food truck and love giving customers a great experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• You have a deep passion for Filipino food (Professional chef or highly skilled home cook – your talent and taste are what matters!).
• You are reliable, hardworking, and keep a cool head when the line is long.
• Availability: Mainly weekends, but some weekdays will occur during big events and festivals.
• Based in or near Outrup (or able to meet us for departures).
