That is why we are looking for a strong and proactive Project Manager who can lead software projects and play a key role in driving AI initiatives and complex system integrations from idea to execution.

Your role – where execution meets innovation

As Project Manager at SITE-SECURITY A/S, you will take ownership of key digital initiatives and ensure that our software development and integration projects deliver measurable business value.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology and take responsibility for progress, quality, and clear communication — while helping shape best practices in delivery and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading software projects from concept through development, delivery and handover to operations
• Creating project plans, defining scope, prioritising tasks and managing resources and risks
• Driving collaboration across internal stakeholders, management and external partners/vendors
• Managing integrations between systems and platforms (APIs, data streams, automation)
• Leading projects involving AI and intelligent solutions, such as workflow automation, data-driven insights, decision support and operational optimisation

Examples of projects you may lead

Depending on your profile and our roadmap, your projects may include:

• AI-driven automation of internal workflows and case handling
• Building stronger data foundations, dashboards and reporting for operations and management
• Integrations between security solutions, customer-facing systems and internal platforms
• Modernisation of digital tools and processes
• Establishing stronger structure around release planning and delivery governance

In short: you will work at the intersection of technology, business and operations — where execution creates visible outcomes.

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for a project manager who only maintains plans. We are looking for a project manager who can create momentum, drive decisions and ensure delivery — even in complex environments with changing priorities and technical dependencies.

We expect that you:

• Have experience in project management within IT/software (typically 3+ years)
• Can create structure and clarity across complex initiatives with many stakeholders
• Understand software development and technology well enough to ask the right questions (coding is not required)
• Have experience with agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban) and possibly hybrid project frameworks
• Communicate clearly and create confidence through transparency and progress reporting

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• AI/data-related projects (nice to have, not required)
• System integrations, APIs and platforms
• Managing external suppliers and cross-functional deliveries
