Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and structured Sous Chef / Kitchen Team Manager to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in daily production, quality control, staff guidance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support the kitchen team in daily operations
- Menu preparation, recipe printing, and weekly planning
- Quality control and hygiene follow-up
- Training new team members
- Close cooperation with the Head Chef and leadership team
Qualifications:
- Relevant kitchen background and professional experience in a similar role
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends during high season
