We are looking for an experienced and proactive Café / Restaurant Manager to join our

newly established team in Copenhagen.

This role is central to building a strong foundation — from staffing and onboarding to

daily operations and team development.

About the Role

As our Manager, you’ll take the lead in hiring, training, and people management,

ensuring smooth

operations and a positive, motivated team from the very beginning.

You’ll work closely with the founders to create systems, support growth, and deliver an

exceptional

guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team training

• Manage daily café operations and service standards

• Build and maintain a strong, people-focused team culture

• Handle scheduling, HR coordination, and communication

• Support the opening phase and ongoing improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Café or Restaurant Manager

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Hands-on, organized, and proactive attitude

• Danish work experience and basic Danish language are a plus

• Fluent in English
