Warehouse Operator / Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator i Ringsted

Do you have a strong overview of warehouse operations, logistics, and shipments – and do you thrive in a role with responsibility, systems, and international coordination? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

We are seeking a structured and dedicated warehouse professional who can manage our warehouse in Ringsted and handle daily warehouse operations, shipments, and logistics in close collaboration with our headquarters and factory in the Philippines.

About the position

Your daily work will take place at our warehouse in Ringsted, where you will play a key role in our operations. The products are manufactured at our factory in the Philippines and shipped to Denmark, where they are received, stored, picked, packed, and distributed to customers across Europe.

You will be an important link between the warehouse, headquarters, and international shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, registering, and storing goods
• Picking, packing, and preparing shipments
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Close daily collaboration with headquarters and production
• Maintaining overview of inventory levels and product flow
• Driving related to warehouse and logistics tasks (as required)

Systems & inventory experience

We expect you to have experience with:

• Inventory Management Systems
• ERP systems (preferably Business Central)
• Inventory and stock reporting
• Forecasting and planning
• Stock reconciliation
• SKU management

Logistics & freight experience

You have experience with:

• Obtaining and negotiating freight rates
• Preparing freight quotations for customers
• Comparing carrier costs
• International freight pricing
• Incoterms and export documentation
• Logistics coordination and possible area responsibility

Languages

• You speak and write fluent English
• Danish at a working proficiency level

About you

• You have relevant education and/or experience
• You are structured, responsible, and have strong organizational skills
• You thrive in system-based and detail-oriented work
• You can work independently and collaborate effectively
• You can manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a busy environment
• You have experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar role
• You understand warehouse systems and processes, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support daily operations — including moving goods and driving a forklift.
