WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a trained chef with at least 2 years of experience in busy and well-established restaurants

• You are comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision and focus, and you remain detail-oriented even during routine operations.

• You are confident working independently in the kitchen and able to manage shifts alone during low season

• You work in a structured, disciplined, and consistent manner, and you understand the importance of kitchen systems and routines.

• You take ownership of quality control, maintain high standards, and act with integrity and responsibility in your daily work.

• You are comfortable working evenings, as we operate dinner service only

• You are fluent in English

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring daily operations including prep, daily plans, inventory management, cooking, plating dishes etc.
• Be an integral part of developing new dishes - we expect and support your creative initiatives!
• Give guidance to kitchen assistants, ensuring food quality and service flow
• Fellow and optimize the standard operational procedures
• Ad hoc tasks in the kitchen
