Kitchen Manager for Rays Chicken

Rays Chicken, located in Nordvest, is a growth-oriented company with a strong start and a bright future ahead. We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team and help lead our kitchen operations as we continue to expand.

The Role

As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the daily rhythm of the kitchen. This is a hands-on position focused on the floor and the food, rather than behind a desk. Your main priorities will include:

• Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Managing the kitchen staff and fostering a productive team environment.
• Handling all food ordering and inventory.
• Supervising and participating in daily prep work.

Please note that this is not an administrative role. You will not be responsible for staff scheduling or food costing, allowing you to focus entirely on the culinary and leadership aspects of the kitchen.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is passionate about efficiency and high-quality food. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
• A natural ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Growth
