Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisines (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese);
Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation according to the restaurant menu;
Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety standards;
Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and enhance the menu;
Manage food inventory and control costs effectively.
Requirements:
Experience in cooking Asian cuisines
Passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
1-3 years of relevant experience; culinary certifications are a plus;
