Customer Relations Specialist - Worldish Denmark

About the role:

We are looking for a person who will be support our customer relations team for managing and coordinating some of our new customers in the healthcare sector in Denmark. The person will lead customer education sessions, onboarding process, feedback sessions, customer support and be the communication bridge between the healthcare professionals (our customers), our internal product and management teams. The person shall be responsible for ensuring smooth customer product implementations and customer satisfaction continuously. The person shall also support the company’s sales and marketing activities to grow Worldish’s customer base internationally.

Key Experience/Education:

  • Previous experience in managing clients/customers /project management
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience conducting educations, seminars or workshops
  • Education or experience within marketing/communication /sales
  • Experience in customer service or similar
  • Experience working in healthcare/public sector is a plus

Job Commitment:

Hourly contract (20% -50% equivalent of a full time position).

Workplace:

Primarily remotely in Denmark with frequent customer site visits to cusfomer sites in Denmark (Mostly copenhagen)

Practical requirements:

Drivers license & Car (Favourable)
