💼 About the Role
As the go-to person for People & Culture-related inquiries, you’ll play a key role in managing daily HR operations, supporting leaders and employees, and contributing to global HR initiatives. This is a hands-on role where your structured mindset and service orientation will make a real impact.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and execute daily HR administrative tasks
- Support leaders with job descriptions and performance management
- Maintain onboarding and recruitment programs
- Manage the Mercer pension portal and incentive program admin
- Update HR policies and SharePoint content
- Prepare HR reports and maintain people data
- Respond to employee inquiries and manage the HR inbox
- Collaborate with global HR teams and external system vendors
- Contribute to projects like employee engagement and IT system development
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience in HR administration and support
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems
- Fluency in Danish
- A fast learner with a proactive and structured approach
