We are seeking a Global Product Manager to contribute to our Baby Diapers category, which is at the heart of ABENA and a cornerstone of our ongoing success. This is an opportunity to grow your product management skills while creating real impact for families and end‑users, and to support the growth and innovation that define our journey. As Product Manager, you will help develop and continuously update our product assortment, ensuring it aligns with market demand and our business strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with our Group Concept Manager and a team of passionate experts, building and sharing product and market knowledge, supporting subsidiaries, and helping to drive new opportunities across borders.
Your work will touch every part of the process - from learning the essentials of the product and documentation to collaborating on marketing materials, packaging, and quality assurance. You will support daily operations, help coordinate tenders, and contribute to ensuring our products meet the highest standards, all while keeping the category’s strategy “on track” and supporting the broader ABENA mission.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support keeping our product assortment aligned with market demand and business strategy.
- Update business strategy for the category in collaboration with the Group Concept Manager.
- Help maintain tender documentation and share knowledge across subsidiaries.
- Coordinate and approve marketing materials and artwork for baby diapers and related products.
- Support the team in managing and tracking tenders and related processes in Salesforce, including deadlines and process improvements.
- Coordinate internal/external product tests.
- Monitor and follow up on team backorders, and prepare the team’s quarterly newsletter.
What we hope you bring
- A genuine interest in classical product management i.e., assortment management, Life cycle analysis and Sales Performance tracking - and a strong willingness to learn the craft - curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.
- Comfort working with basic numbers, i.e finance and Sales figures and a desire to develop analytical and commercial skills
- Organized and proactive project coordination skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion and nurture positive stakeholder relations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across teams, subsidiaries, and with external partners in both Danish and English

Your workplace will be located at the ABENA Headquarter in Aabenraa, Denmark.
We support flexible work arrangements and expect limited travel (8–10 days per year).
