Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Cook to support our daily kitchen operations. You will work closely with our team to prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support the team during busy service hours
• Help with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not required
• Passion for food and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
