We are looking for an experienced à la carte Chef who values classic craftsmanship, loves order in the kitchen, and thrives on taking responsibility.
aye aye is Admiral Hotel's new restaurant – a modern interpretation of classic gastronomy with a focus on taste, precision, and craftsmanship. We combine the intense flavors of the Mediterranean with Nordic simplicity, working with pure ingredients that are transformed into simple yet delicious dishes.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Chef who does not compromise on craftsmanship and is eager to take responsibility in the kitchen. You are a perfect fit for the role if you:
- Are professionally trained and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, or a souschef position.
- Demonstrate professional pride in your work – you care about quality, craftsmanship, and the detail in every dish.
- Master classic techniques and are familiar with sauces, stocks, pasta, filleting fish and meat, baking bread, and making ice cream and desserts.
- Are structured and have an eye for reacting quickly in situations with urgent needs. In other words, you can plan, maintain order, and ensure that the kitchen is always prepared for service.
- Have strong communication skills, so handovers, orders, and collaboration with colleagues are always clear and precise.
- Understand and agree that a good working environment creates the best food.
