About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR-assistant to join our team in Rødbyhavn. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for both employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to our employer branding initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Preparing employment contracts and related documentation
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in our HR systems
  • Contributing to employer branding efforts, including drafting job advertisements
  • Liaising closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate payroll inputs
  • Providing support and guidance to employees and managers on all HR-related matters
  • Assisting managers with personnel cases, including recruitment and absence interviews
  • Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, with solid knowledge of labour law
  • Previous experience working on construction or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
  • Proficient user of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, with strong overall system understanding
  • Organized, independent, and structured approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Responsible and conscientious, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results

Conditions:

FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. The FLC staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company.

FLC offers attractive employment conditions on a Danish contract according to The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven). Pension health insurance and lunch arrangement will be available.
