ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our new Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, lead and inspire the team, to ensure the highest culinary standards. We are looking for someone who thrives both in team environmeny & when working independently, and who is ready to take responsibility and step confidently into a leadership role.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Min. 2 years experience as a sous chef
- At least 10 years of total experience as a professional chef
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate & develope the team
- A team player with good communication skills
