Skilled Chef/Caterer for Canteen in Virum

Leaven Catering’s canteen in Virum, Denmark is expanding once again, and we are therefore looking for an additional skilled chef/caterer for an exciting and versatile position in Virum.

The primary area of responsibility will be the canteen in Teknikerbyen in Virum, which currently serves approximately 240 guests. We therefore need another chef/caterer to join the team. There are great opportunities to influence the menu and contribute to creative development. We prepare varied, high-quality food in a modern style, so experience with modern Danish cuisine is clearly an advantage. If you only have experience with cold dishes, we can still easily integrate you into the team.

You should be:

Danish- or English speaking, as we are a team of many nationalities with Danish as our common language

Preferably a trained chef/caterer with a strong sense of quality and passion for cooking from scratch

Alternatively, untrained but skilled and experienced in the kitchen

An ambitious and innovative chef who is passionate about creating diverse, high-quality food, where your creativity helps shape a varied, healthy, and always appealing buffet – while also being strong in classic cooking
